Blast from the Past: Conservation Through the Lens

  • Eaglemonk Pub and Brewery 4906 West Mount Hope Highway Lansing, Michigan, 48917 United States (map)

We recently uncovered a box of incredible photographs from past Eaton Conservation District Amateur Photo Contests, and we knew they deserved to be shared again.

Join us for an evening celebrating Eaton County’s natural beauty through photography. Browse a special exhibit featuring favorite images from our Amateur Photo Contest archives (1999-2025), showcasing stunning wildlife, breathtaking landscapes, and the many ways people have connected with nature over the years. Cast your vote for your favorite photo from our archives and help choose the community favorite.

While you're there, be among the first to discover the winners of the 2026 Amateur Photo Contest and celebrate this year's talented photographers.

Whether you've entered the contest, enjoy photography, or simply love the outdoors, we invite you to join us for a fun evening celebrating the people, places, and wildlife that make Eaton County special.
