Eaton Conservation District (ECD) does not guarantee any stock once it leaves the building.

It is unlawful for these trees to be resold with roots attached (PA of 1981 as amended).

ECD is not responsible for orders not picked up during the scheduled distribution date. Any orders brought to the office for late pickup will incur a $15 convenience fee, resold, or will be donated.

All remaining stock will be sold as “extras” on the distribution date.
