Sam grew up in Onondaga, Michigan in the middle of the woods (quarter mile long driveway). She was a member of 4-H, showing goats, rabbits, pigs, and horses. Sam started learning bookkeeping at an early age, through her family's business, and began specializing in Conservation District bookkeeping in 2021. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, Drew, and two giant dogs, Kona and Zara, gardening, and going to concerts.
